What is the delivery time?
We have a huge amount of products in stock, these will be shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Look for products under the category "shipped within 24 hours".
For paintings the delivery time is 10-15 working days, these must still be produced at the time of ordering.
For other items it varies, please ask.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on weight and size and range from €1.25 to a maximum of €14 (within the Netherlands) and €1.85 to a maximum of €20 (international).

It is also possible to have your package shipped insured, so that you are insured in the event of loss or damage to the package.
Why do you charge processing fees?
For each order we charge €1.50 processing costs. This has to do with the costs that each order entails, in order to keep the product prices as low as possible, we have chosen for processing costs per order. This way you only have to pay that once per order instead of us increasing each product by €1.50 in price.
How do I know if my image is suitable?
To be sure whether you can have your image or own photo converted into a diamond painting, it is advisable to contact us first. We will help you choose the right image and a suitable format. You can contact us via the contact page, via Facebook or via Whatsapp.
What is your return policy?
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to return your products. The costs for return are for your own account. To return, first contact us for the return address and refund.
Please note! This does not apply to custom items, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on these items.
Payment failed, what now?
Are you unable to pay or is there no payment option that works for you? Then you can choose 'manual payment'. This way, the order will simply be received by us and we will contact you about the payment. If you already have our account number, you can also transfer it directly to that account after you have chosen manual payment.
I'm short on stones for my painting
Have you ordered a painting from us and are you still short of stones? Don't panic. This happens occasionally, it remains human work. Just send us a message via Facebook, Whatsapp or via the contact page and we will send the stones free of charge.
We always ask for a photo of the stone list (found on the side of your canvas) so we can estimate as accurately as possible how many stones you are missing.
The image I would like is not on the website, does that mean that image is not suitable?
No, definitely not. The website only contains examples that you can use for inspiration. There are so many images that we cannot possibly put them all on the website. So feel free to send the image you would like to us for evaluation.

How do I redeem my gift card?
Did you receive a gift voucher from Diamond painting by Wietske? You can also easily redeem it via the webshop. Enter the code on your voucher in the box 'enter promotion code'. This way, the value of your voucher will be processed automatically.
